Finished packing up and was ready around 8am…waited a little bit to make sure Anjanine was up before I knocked on the door. We got Jordans stuff and said good-by. I didn’t have any problems with the wash out on the driveway, although I did end up with some twigs and leaves.
We stopped in Missouri for some momentos (shot glasses and postcards) and also in Oklahoma, where we bought fudge and goodies, too.
We drove until Elk City, OK, and I’m so glad I called ahead to reserve a site….got the last one!!! I pushed the gas to the limit, it was in the red zone. After we got settled in and ate soup/turkey sandwiches we walked to McDonalds for McFlurries.
